Vinoterra, kuru dibināja slavenais gruzīnu vīndaris Gogi Dakishvili, bija viens no pirmajiem Gruzijas qvevri vīna komerciālajiem ražotājiem un palīdzēja atdzīvināt nozari. Kopš 2003. gada Vinoterra ražo augstākās kvalitātes Gruzijas qvevri vīnus. Vinoterras baltvīni ir dzintara vai apelsīna vīni, jo tie saskarē ar vīnogu miziņām ir gandrīz 6 mēnešus. Solomone, their great grandfather, is the name of the man who started the very first winemaking in 1806 where the winery is located today. They only represent Imeretian varieties of vines made in qvevri as well as classic-style wines.
Asatiani Wine Cellar produces unique wines with traditional Georgian methods, farming the local Tsolikauri grapes with organic practices and producing the finest quality natural wine. The owners of Asatiani Wine Cellar have also collaborated with other winemakers to found another wine production company, Wine Thieves, in Georgia.
